    A 45-minute uplifting and accessible flow designed to help you feel good—inside and out. This class blends gentle movement, breath awareness, and intuitive flow to release tension, improve circulation, and boost energy. Perfect for all levels, it offers a mindful pace with fluid transitions and feel-good stretches that reconnect you to your body and breath. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and grounded.

  • Thursdays 6pm at Serenity Studios

    A calming, body-opening Hatha practice designed to support nervous system regulation and deepen the mind-body connection. This gentle class moves at a slow, mindful pace with accessible poses, longer holds, and an emphasis on breath. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a therapeutic, grounding experience. We’ll close with a deeply relaxing 10–15 minute body scan meditation to integrate the practice, promote healing, and invite inner stillness.
